Last updated: 6/9/2026
Welcome to the Driver Knowledge Practice learning tool provided by the Amazigh Cultural Association in America, Inc. (“ACAA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of this learning tool, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use this service.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Driver Knowledge Practice tool is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It is intended to help users study general driver knowledge concepts, road signs, traffic rules, and related driving topics.
This tool is not an official government driving test, licensing service, legal authority, or substitute for any official driver handbook, state agency, motor vehicle department, driving school, instructor, or legal requirement.
Users are responsible for checking and following the official rules, laws, manuals, procedures, and requirements that apply in their own state or jurisdiction.
2. No Guarantee of Passing
We do not guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing any permit test, driver knowledge test, licensing exam, road test, or other official requirement.
Practice questions, study materials, flashcards, explanations, translations, and other content may differ from official tests, may not cover every possible rule or situation, and may be updated, corrected, removed, or changed at any time.
Your performance on this platform does not guarantee or predict your performance on any official exam.
3. User Responsibility
By using this tool, you agree that you are responsible for:
- studying the official materials required by your state or jurisdiction;
- confirming the accuracy of rules that apply to you;
- using safe judgment when driving or preparing to drive;
- complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements;
- keeping your account information accurate and secure.
You should not rely on this platform as your only source of driver education or legal information.
4. Account Creation
To use certain features, you may be required to create a free account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to accounts that appear to be misused, automated, fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, inactive, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of this learning tool.
We may also limit, modify, or discontinue account features at any time.
5. Educational Content
The platform may include study lessons, flashcards, practice questions, explanations, images, translations, and other educational content.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate materials, but we do not warrant that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every state, agency, test, or user situation.
Content may be revised without notice.
6. Translations and Multilingual Content
The platform may provide content in multiple languages. Translations are provided for convenience and educational access.
In the event of any difference, ambiguity, or inconsistency between translated content and English content, the English version should generally be treated as the primary reference for this platform. Official state materials remain the controlling source for actual licensing requirements.
We do not guarantee that every translation will capture every legal nuance, local term, or official agency wording.
7. Not Legal, Driving, or Government Advice
Nothing on this platform should be understood as legal advice, official driving instruction, licensing advice, or government guidance.
The platform does not create any relationship between you and ACAA as a driving instructor, attorney, government representative, licensing agency, or official test administrator.
For official requirements, always consult the appropriate state agency, official driver handbook, or qualified professional.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform in a way that:

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe the platform is being misused.

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, compatibility with every device, or that all features will remain available.

17. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the platform, created risk for the service, or acted in a way inconsistent with the educational purpose of the tool.
We may also remove inactive, incomplete, duplicate, or suspicious accounts.
