It is that time again when ACAA has to renew its leadership. It is an opportunity for everyone to serve and perhaps right the wrongs of the previous administration, and take ACAA to the next level.

We would like to ask for volunteers to serve on the election committee. We need 3 people maximum. These will report to the Board of Directors. Please keep in mind that those who serve on the election committee cannot be candidates for any post in the new administration.

Please volunteer to serve ACAA and the causes it defends. We especially encourage the younger generation to step forward and "take the baton from the older one".

Thanks

The Board of Directors

azul felawen a yaraw tmurth,
actually I am living in NYC, since I was here I didn't see any berber or kabyle cultural activity in the town except when Takfarinas was invited to the summer stage, and I didn't even have a chance to say hello to him because some smart berbers invited him over in their private restaurant so they can have the exclusivite. that were we are divided for ever. I am so sorry for the word, but that's the truth of the truth, look at these comers ( lottery winners), when you call someone for assistance, you will never hear from him again. shame on us as a people of a great region and a wonderful history.

thanmirth.

Dear Zayen,
Thank you for writing to ACAA about activities. ACAA is national association. It organizes activities not just in NYC but in other places. In addition to NYC, activities may take place in Chicago, Boston and New Jersey because that is where the circumstances allow for it to happen (venues, active membership etc.). Also ACAA is not just about cultural activities such as concerts and socials. ACAA is an educational organization and one that defends the human rights of Imazighen. We invite you to get in touch with us directly so we can answer your questions better. Also, please consider becoming a member, that way not only you will be informed directly of what is being done, but you will get to participate.
